Spring staples

Spring weather in Michigan can be so unpredictable! This week we had sunny 75 degree weather and then 24 hours later it was more like 50 degrees! I always try to dress in layers because of how quickly the weather can turn. These few staples can be mixed and matched for so many different outfits! I wear combinations of these pieces all the time.

‘Must haves’ for every closet:

1. black pumps

2. skinny jeans

3. blazer

Pair these with a lightweight blouse, a statement necklace, and a bold purse and you’ve got a perfect outfit for whatever the weather throws at you! This cognac envelope clutch is one of my favorites– and best thing, it’s a vintage bag that someone was getting rid of and gifted to me! I love incorporating some pieces into my wardrobe that are unique or have a story.
